management
consulting and business economics research. |

As a consultant, Gunnar
has contributed to numerous market and business development projects in manufacturing industries. |
|
Following an overseas UNIDO assignment, Gunnar takes an interest in
issues of industrial development in emerging
economies. His research and consulting activities in this area have focused on: the organisation of
cross-border supply chains, the competitiveness of manufacturing operations in
such economies, and the
factors driving a company's choice of production locations. |

Gunnar Paulsson holds an M.Sc. degree
in Business Administration from the University of Linköping (Sweden), and M.A. and Ph.D. degrees in Economics from the
University of Sussex (UK). |
